“The hotel staff made the stay memorable, mostly with a fantastic room with a Burj Khalifa view and a generally high quality. The hotel is in good shape, but feels overdue for a touchup as many parts feel a bit dates while still in good condition.”

“We had a great experience, hotel is placed in a good place near to main city famous sightseeing area like Burj khalifa and Dubai mall. Nice room with nice and friendly staff that welcomed us in every moment. Room may be not a proper name I can name our suite had everything in terms of facilities, refrigerator, fridge, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, kettle and… satisfied with everything. ”

“Höjdpunkten var personalen i ett särskilt tack till Faksal som var så tillmötesgående och hjälpsam. Samtliga personal gjorde det lilla extra vilket uppskattades otroligt mkt. Buffen var god, poolen var lite mindre än vad jag trodde men hotellet gav generellt sett en lyxig hemma känsla. Några minuters promenad till Dubai mall - den enda nackdelen var att man kunde höra folk i korridoren om det var helt tyst i rummet, inte alltför mycket men skulle uppskattas om ljudisolering eller liknande...

“I've stayed at the Swiss 7 times in Dubai. Can't wait until they renovate all. It's one of the best hotels with amenities in the region and super convenient. Ordered a cab to Abu Dhabi and hotel staff member asked his friend who wanted to over charge me and wasn't driving safe. The staff also at the front desk have a really hard job and it's apparent when they are tired....”
