“This hotel is a hidden gem! The host, Maria, is truly wonderful. Her attention to detail is fab, and she couldn't be anymore helpful and welcoming. Maria stayed late for my colleagues check in and then came in early to accommodate us for an early breakfast. The dinner was divine - strongly recommend the tikka curry. Home cooked, beautiful meal. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I will ensure I book here when I visit Birmingham again!!!”

“Resturang med smutsiga bord. Matmenyn Indisk och allt serverades i en skål. Maten så starkt kryddad att det inte gick att äta. Det sved i munnen och halsen och man luktade den starka såsen länge. Sambon fick någon typ av creme fraish att späda ut maten med. Ölen och det andra vi åt smakade ingenting. Det smakade bara samma som såsen maten låg i. Sämsta jag serverats och ätit. Tips. Ät INTE på hotellet. Rummet : trasigt badkar att duscha i. Smutsigt överkast och mattan luktade konstigt. Vaknade 2...

“During checkout, the alarm in the room would not stop ringing. We wanted to extend our stay by one more night, and we had already informed Quinn that he would add an extra night for us. However, Nicolas did not even wait a few minutes before making a new online reservation for another night. The customer service was catastrophic.”

“It was a bit dirty, stuff falling apart. At a glance it looked fancy but not when you spent some time in the room. The common areas are old and worn and there was a party with very loud music that was supposed to end around 22 which would be fine but it continued till midnight. I also got woken up a few hours later by multiple loud alarms. Did not have a good night of sleep.”

“The accommodation must be better for living no matter how many days of stay. There were bugs seen at first night of our stay but fortunately our children didn’t notice it otherwise it would be difficult to stay there for couple of days. Overall, it isn’t worth to stay there regardless of the less amount of stay.”

“Room was good, clean and quiet. Could not get the wifi to work. Did not report it while there.”

“Chose this property as it wasn’t far from the motorway to split up a long journey. Was absolutely fine for what we needed it for, with food outlets nearby to grab something to eat for dinner and for breakfast the next morning. Was the first time I have experienced a faceless stay, but it worked fine. Parking was full and being used by work vans, so just had to park on the street nearby.”

“Convenient location and very clean inside (a bit shabby exterior). Strange accommodation set up and room layout let this place down - single bathroom only accessible through the tiny kitchen, no kitchen worksurfaces, no forks?! Communication / check-in very good and friendly.”

“The staff were helpful, the hotel was clean- however, on the Friday evening when I arrived the Internet was down, and still down when I went out after 9 am Saturday morning. Otherwise, a comfortable stay.”
