“This Inn was a bit strange! We was given a room that was clearly sub standard. Thankfully we was given an other room the next day that was alright. Breakfast was different from most breakfast I ’ve ever had at a hotel, strange but kind of fun! The whole Inn desperately need some maintenance, but I think the experience very much depends on which room you are given. The staff was helpful and kind. All things considered, I think it was an affordable hotel.”

“We have traveled from New Zealand to Europe, Costa Rica, Canada and Mexico. This truly is one of the most lovely properties we have stayed. Peaceful and serene with the most gracious hosts you would want to meet. So many private corners to sit and read your book and the pool is so inviting we were sorry we hadnt packed our suits! “The property is a very quiet getaway from all the buzz of Victoria. Breakfasts were hearty, healthy home cooked and tasted amazing. Cathy and Errol were lovely hosts and offered info on sites to see and places to get some good food, because it was our first time on the island. Definitely a place to be if you planning super busy days in and around Victoria and then need a peaceful rest at the end of the day. Kids are also entertained with the animals they have. My kids enjoyed the cats a lot and...

“Communication from the host was outstanding. The room was clean and cozy. No tv in the room, but we really didn’t care. It was a surprise for my family and they loved it. Perfect if you want a quiet affordable getaway. Walking distance to inner harbor. Breakfast was included and provided by a family owned cafe called Imagine. Your choice of fruit and yogurt or a breakfast sandwich on banock bread… it was called Imagine Cafe and they make an awesome wood fired pizza.”

“Recycling and garbage as you walk to the entrance and you walk by looking into the owners kitchen. The main area is also used as a staff room? There is a sign on the fridge that says staff use only and clearly has staff’s food in it. You only actually get a bedroom with a lock on it and a bathroom with cleaning supplies mops etc on the wall. I absolutely did not feel safe especially when I came back and someone had been in the suite. This is not as advertised at all. ”

"Närheten till stan bra. Lobby bra men personal i reception vid ankomst otrevlig. Gammal dags rum som behöver uppdateras. Bra pool men tråkig personal även där,"

Tråkigt motel med bra service

"Rummet hade väldigt bra dusch och badrum. Ingen variation på frukosten som hade litet utbud och nästan bara bakverk. Rummet hade en konstant dålig lukt varje gång man kom in i rummet. Städningen var endast var tredje dag och det enda de gjorde var att byta handdukar, så alltså ingen städning av golven eller bäddning av sängarna. Vi hittade även pälsängrar i badrummet och sovrummet. Det låg en bit utanför downtown men fungerade bra om man hade bil. Plus för gratis parkering. Hotellet hade mer av en motel-känsla än hotell-känsla. Utöver detta var receptionen väldigt bra och servicen av de som jobbade där var toppen!"
