Hotel not bad BUT breakfast was terrible!!!
Breakfast was awful! Absolutely terrible. Not many choices & the drink machine was out of order. If out of order provide juice/ water in other ways. There was about 1/2 cup of milk left in gallon in small refrigerator. Also the room was in the dark no lights turned on. We thought at first that they decided not to fix breakfast. Two ladies were at the front desk & never checked on us or breakfast area. Just visited with each other.

My room was extremely clean. It's quiet and safe and their breakfast starts at 5a which is super helpful for traveling workers!!

This stay was nice. The property was clean. All of the staff members were friendly and kind. It was conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay.
Clean updated hotel that we have stayed at three previous times. We stay there the night before an annual bicycle ride. Breakfast was lacking in variety and quality. Hotel is quiet and clean with recent updates in fixtures etc. I will stay there next year for bicycle ride.

There was a terrible smell in the room. Don't know what it was. Also bugs on the hall floors. Breakfast was disappointing compared to other Best Western stays.

The room smelled bad! It just had an unclean feel about it. No elevator. My wife and I are both in our 70's and had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the second floor. Our kids live in that area and when we visit them we stay in motels, but will never stay in this place again!

I'm sorry you had a difficult stay with us. We were already sold out of ground floor rooms when your reservation came in the day before your stay. We were unaware that you required a ground-floor room or we would most certainly have tried to accommodate your needs. Also, we use commercial cleaning products to sanitize our rooms; sometimes the smell can be a bit strong. If you might consider giving us another chance to show you our hospitality, please contact me directly and I will make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible.

This is a nice place to stay … sorry to say no elevator with luggage or adjoining rooms .. but enjoyed our stay and the waffles

Thank you for taking the time for your review. I'm sorry that your rooms had to be on different floors. We do have a set of adjoining rooms but they were occupied as we were completely sold out the night you arrived. If ground floor rooms are required or other accommodations are necessary, it is always best to speak with or book the rooms directly with the hotel so we know what your needs are and can accommodate your party. We hope to see you on your next trip to Duncan and I have made a note on your profile for ground floor rooms.

Older property with dark carpet in lobby and on steps to my second floor room and in the room. Dark dated decor. Room was clean and there was a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and large tv. Beds were firm. Sheets were soft. No closet, there was a clothes rack on the wall next to the outside bed, as well as an ironing board and iron there too. Thus, overall ambience of the room was not great. The front staff and manager were excellent. Breakfast was ok, Coffee was served in styrofoam cups, (not eco friendly) although there were paper cups in the rooms (but no tops for those cups.) We declined room cleaning for our 2 night stay. Bathroom had a dated tub but a new toilet and a sink that was very low (handicapped height). Overall satisfactory for our short stay for a funeral.

Hotel was clean and AC worked well but the beds were like putting a sheet on a piece of plywood. Definitely not a comfortable stay.
