Thank you so much, what a wonderful way to start the day! We’re simply a small mom-and-pop Historic Motel (over 50 years old) bending the norm of expectations. We appreciate your sharing with other travelers your experience here AND the Kudos for the guys!! The goal has always been to be different- but better. Concentrating on what matters the most: comfort, cleanliness, helpful and approachable staff.Following COVID we feel travelers are looking for an EXPERIENCE: beautiful sights, diversity of foods/drinks, a variety of things to do- hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, train ride… and human kindness – that is Durango Colorado! "Posh" would not equate to the least expensive 'Small Queen room'. Yes, we are a modest (2-star) Historic Motel. The reviews are based on the cleanliness and outstanding guest service. Take care.
