The very first impression was that we were asked to go to another hotel on arrival at mid night (allegedly due to water problem in the rooms). They did not even inform us ahead (neither by mail nor by phone).
The next issue was that, the receptionist expected us to take a cab and pay for it to go to the other hotel. Then I called the manager and she fixed the cab.
And the hotel that they sent us was a really low quality hotel (Flora Hotel), there I got to sleep in a "room" that used to be a bathroom (see photos).
The day after the "water problem" got solved and we could go back to the hotel; this time they refused to pay for the cab.
