"The property is nice and the rooftop bar is awesome. The reasons for the 3-star rating were as follows: 1) The thermostat in the room didn't work until (at 2:15 am) I turned it off and back on again. I had set the thermostat to 68 degrees on the 'cool' setting when we went to bed as it was 73 degrees ..."

Woodspring Suites East Lansing - University Area
"I received an email telling me to use a kiosk to check in if I arrived after hours. The kiosk hasn’t worked since March 31st. The sign said to use the phone- which didn’t work. Got to my room/ no towels. Turns out they were in the bathroom floor because the room had not been cleaned."

"Breakfast was really good! I do feel as if paying for parking separately isn’t really common or handy. It should come with the pay for our stay, as well I wish the bathroom was cleaned a lot better but outside of that, the hotel was a pretty nice stay!"
