The front desk is not adequately staffed and there are many times when no one is in attendance. This hotel is in desperate need of upgrades, as the king bed mattresses were horribly uncomfortable, there is no air conditioning, and the ceiling fan that was installed could literally decapitate a person over 6' tall.

No Air Conditioning and it was hot out!! Nothing mentioned in the hotel description. Bad night sleeping. $30 parking fee plus a $30 Resort Fee. We absolutely used nothing covered by the resort fee and there were no alternatives available for the parking. Huge rip off. Otherwise, a nice hotel in a beautiful setting. Very limited Food venues.
