“Sergio made this stay one of the best we've ever had! The property was equipped with everything you need from the kitchen, to the laundry, to sleeping arrangements, and even help with transportation. Sergio helped us arrange airport transports, even for a 3 am departure. Everyone was so helpful and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location is safe and in walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, food and shopping. I highly recommend this property. ”

“IQON ia a beautiful building in and out but the service inside the unit was pathetic. Checking in was hard. we had someone come in and show us our apt with no help/support later. Our floors were not clean, no toiletries in bathroom, no bed sheets, no bath towels and one of the main living room window was not properly closed. With no help we dialed downstairs and security person came up but he could not help. Reached out to hotels.com who finally after 3 hours had someone come in with bath towels...

“Everything was perfect. Both the host and the owner were easy to contact and were very helpful since before we arrived. The host was very kind through the process and gave us lots of useful information about the area. She also gave us great suggestions for places to eat. The staff in the lobby were always very courteous and helpful. Overall, the experience was better than we expected. We would definitely choose their apartment again. P.S. “INCREDIBLE! There's not a better place to stay in the heart of Cuenca than this location. The host is absolutely amazing and prepared the most fabulous welcome for me. There was food, coffee, treats, fresh flowers and a person to meet me when I arrived. I've never had this happen before at any of the places I've stayed. The apartment overlooks the river, the city and the mountains. It's quiet, it's beautiful, it's comfortable it's heaven. There are a ton of good restaurants, bars, shopping,...
