“Beautiful place to stay”

“The check in process was weird and the person who sent me a message about it was not responsive. so check in took a while when I arrived at the property. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay in the deluxe suite. The kitchen was great and everything worked well. You are close to both of the malls in the area so shopping for groceries was convenient. Parque la Carolina is amazing and I always stay around it. “The views over the Tomebamba River are outstanding, both from the living room and then from the upper deck. In fact, the upper patio gives you 360 degrees of the city of Cuenca. The apartment is right downtown, in the middle of everything, but very quiet. This is the perfect home away from home. All the comforts of home and then some. “Highly recommend. Excellent property, spacious three large rooms, and well equipped for your stay. Also nice pools, spa/jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, billiards and ping pong community tables for us. Secure garage parking. Great time, very responsive host; thanks Karol! Also, location is great right in front of beach, with tons of activities there. Was able to rent umbrella, chairs, jet skis, boat ride, setup fishing outing, buy cooler of beers, and excellent seafood right out front. ”
