This charming 2 bedroom home is located in the exclusive historic Ramsay Garden and offers breathtaking views of the city skyline. Not only is the property situated at the top of the Royal Mile, next to Edinburgh Castle, but it also sits overlooking the popular Princes Street. From the sitting room one can see Edinburgh's beautiful skyline. Property in LEZ Zone. Please ensure car is compliant if driving.
Ramsay Garden is one of Edinburgh's most iconic and picturesque residential areas, located just beside Edinburgh Castle and overlooking Princes Street Gardens. These apartments are highly sought after due to their historic significance and stunning views.
Access is via the main communal door, climb the historic stairs to your apartment door. Once inside the apartment you will see the 1st Double bedroom, this room features a double bed with ensuite bathroom. It has a window overlooking the inner courtyard.
The inner hall way leads to the large sitting room with stunning views over Edinburgh City Centre. The sitting room offers comfortable seating and a dining table. A smart TV to enjoy cozy nights after sightseeing. The kitchen is accessible down a couple of stairs and has everything you need in a modern design. Dishwasher, Oven and Hob as well a fridge with freezer compartment and Coffee machine.
The Bathroom is situated on the mid level and features a stunning freestanding bath tun and separate shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
Continue up another few stairs to the upper bedroom situated in the buildings turret, a unique room and gives a castle feel. The comfortable double bed will ensure you sleep like a King or Queen!
This is truly one of Edinburgh's most iconic residences and will make your visit to Edinburgh very special. There is no Parking on site however paid parking is available nearby.

Check in / Check out Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them. * A £100 will be applied for late checkout. * We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there will be there a shop nearby if you need anything additional. * We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.
During your stay my property management team will be around 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Location, location, location! Very near the Royal Mile and Edinbrough Castle. The flat was very clean and the staff was very responsive to all the concerns we had. The master bathroom was spectacular; however there were no outlets for the hair dryer and curling iron. For couples staying at the flat, the second bedroom is very small and the shower/toilet area was surprisingly tiny. The kitchen was very modern, small yet very efficient. We loved staying here and will recommend the flat to our friends.

Staying in your flat was absolutely perfect! From the enormous flat, its quaint layout, and amazing views, our stay was very special. It was extremely close to The Royal Mile and every eatery, bistro, and coffeehouse to satisfy even the most discriminating visitor. It was an absolute pleasure staying in your flat. Thank you for making our stay such a marvellous experience. We will definitely recommend you to all our friends when they visit.

Superb
Location could not be beaten. Edinburgh Castle less than 300 metres away. We got to see and listen to a Madness Concert that was playing at the Castle. View of Edinburgh city from lounge room windows were incredible especially at night.

Property was unfortunately listed incorrectly as an apartment with a balcony. Turned out there was no access to a balcony. In addition, coffee maker did not work and owner refused to take a loo at it during our stay. The property is remotely managed by PassTheKeys and the while they were responsive to my e-mails, they really didn’t do anything to help address issues. Would not rent from this host again and would also avoid any property managed by PassTheKeys. Very unfortunate as the location of the apartment is stellar.
