1 utility room,

with washing machine and dryer. Please do not use either after 10:00 PM.

1 winter garden.

You are welcome to use the winter garden. However, please keep quiet and only stay there until 11:00 PM to avoid disturbing the neighborhood.

The large folding door is locked and it's not allowed to open it.

The double glass door on the right side is allowed to open for ventilation .

The whole garden and private outdoor areas are NOT for USE and are NOT part of the BOOKING. Please do not enter.
