Häpnadsväckande City Centre Penthouse Lägenhet, med fri parkering!

En underbar, mycket rymlig takvåning sova 6, med tre sovrum och tre badrum / duschrum på översta (5: e) våningen i en modern byggnad som drar nytta en hiss och gratis & säkert off-parkeringsplatser.

Lägenheten har en stor öppen planlösning vardagsrum, kök och matplats, plus två soliga balkonger med panoramautsikt över Edinburgh takåsar. Loungen har bekväma sittplatser och en TV, med plats för matplats sex och köket är fullt utrustad med allt du kan tänkas behöva, inklusive en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns också ett kylskåp, frys, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare och brödrost, etc.

Det finns tre sovrum, sova sex totalt:
Sovrum 1 - king size-säng, TV, badrum med både badkar och separat dusch, massor av garderob och låda utrymme för förvaring och tillgång till en solig balkong med bistro bord och stolar.
Sovrum 2 - Kung storlek säng, massor av garderob och låda utrymme för förvaring och ett eget duschrum.
Sovrum 3 - En mysig rum med en liten dubbelsäng (120 cm), egen dusch (inte badrum) och tillgång till en solig balkong, med bistro bord och stolar.

Alla sängkläder och handdukar. Alla rum har hårtork. Gratis wifi finns också.

Lägenheten är mycket centralt beläget i utkanten av Edinburghs New Town, en kort promenad från stadens centrum och alla dess sevärdheter. Den rörelse i Leith Walk är på toppen av gatan (5 minuters promenad) och Playhouse Theatre, St James Shopping Centre och Princes Street (Edinburghs främsta shoppinggata) är mindre än 15 minuters promenad.

Leith Walk ger bussförbindelser till de flesta delar av Edinburgh. Waverley järnvägsstation och St Andrews busstation ligger båda mindre än 20 minuters promenad bort.

Det finns två små livsmedelsbutiker inom en 5 minuters promenad från lägenheten och Broughton Street, med sin eklektiska mix av fristående butiker, restauranger och barer är en lätt 10 minuters promenad.

As noted in my review, this is a very nice penthouse in a nice location. We were 5 adults and the 3 bathrooms definitely were a plus. The owner was soooo helpful to us both arriving and leaving. The penthouse is charming, comfortable and convenient. The queen sized beds were just fine, and the kitchen was very well appointed. The elevator was a must for us older types who wouldnt have been able to carry our luggage up that far. There is so much to see and do, three days were not enough. We may have to return!

This was a wonderful property for us to decompress after a hectic couple of weeks of touring the wonders on Northern Scotland. We did spend two nights in the crowded chaotic Edinburgh town centre and it was so nice to get to this spacious apartment, close to all necessary amenities but with out the crowds. I felt sorry for the people below us, as even tho we tried to be quiet, the floors were pretty squeaky!

Nice Spacious Apartment

This was a really nice apartment. Plenty of space and nice for a group of friends travelling together. The kitchen was well supplied. There is an elevator, but there is a 1/3 of a flight of stairs down to it. The location is a little far from most of the tourist attractions, but it worked well for us.

Fantastic Apartment

Excellent location close to the tram line with easy access to all of Edinburgh’s highlights. Great views from the balcony for a relaxing glass of wine at the end of the day and some lovely personal touches from the host such as a nice box of shortbread on arrival. Looking forward to the next visit!

Comfy Edinburgh Penthouse

The apartment was perfect for our party of five. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Our son used the third bathroom in the hall. The living room is very comfortable for a larger group as well. There’s no shortage of dining options nearby. We enjoyed Edinburgh Street Food (basically a food hall) and the Brass Monkey. A little further away but still walkable, we found Di Giorgio, an Italian cafe. Great breakfast and friendly ambiance. The penthouse is also within walking distance of sites like Calton Hill (visible from the balcony), the Royal Mile and Grass Market. Lastly, Fiona and her mum Diana were so friendly and welcoming. They were quick to respond to any questions and they were flexible as our plans changed due to travel delays. They even offered to meet the delivery driver to collect our lost luggage while we were en route from Aberdeen. If we return to Edinburgh, we will try to stay here again.

Well appointed with amazing natural light throughout. Washing machine is excellent and spins clothes dryer than most actual dryers. Location is fantastic - walkable to everything. Appreciated the parking availability as well.

Five Star Hotell aka VRBO

Fiona’s flat is a lovely, warm and well located place, it feels like a home away from home. She left a note to greet us and also some very special treats, shortbread cookies and tea biscuits. She provided a notebook with instructions about everything we needed to know and recommendations for dining or to experience in Edinburgh. Fiona anticipated our every need with a fully supplied kitchen, bathrooms and guides for the city and country. There were travel guides, maps and pamphlets. The furnishings and decor were very comfortable and personal. I felt like I was staying in a family home. I have some mobility issues, and the lift to the apartment made our stay even nicer. A garage was another plus. I recommend Fiona’s flat with 5 out of five stars!

Stay in City Center apartment

Everything about the apartment was perfect! We were three generations of our small family of four, and everyone had their own spaces. The location is fantastic—an easy walk to Leith Walk and other places. There’s a very nearby convenience store that is…well, super convenient. Having the outside balcony is a huge bonus, with amazing views of the city. Uber works extremely well here, and getting around was easy. We all fell in love with our “home away from home” and the incredible city of Edinburgh.

Utterly Charming Holiday

Is there another place worth staying in Edinburgh? Perhaps, but why look further than this terrific apartment? On a quiet street but mere blocks from a host of delightful resources and activities, this flat is even prettier and nicer than shown in the photos. You have everything you need to prepare for the day or a cozy night in, with a stunning view of the city to enjoy night after night. Fiona is a stupendous hostess, perhaps the top of the list, and our family has rented dozens of places over the years. Don't sleep on this opportunity-but DO sleep in this lovely getaway.

A perfect apartment!

This apartment is amazing! You will not be disappointed. Very quiet, lovely bedrooms and 3 big bathrooms which are all newly decorated and high spec. The kitchen and seating area is also perfect. It really is fabulous, lots to do in walking distance and numerous eateries of all cuisines in very close proximity. 10/10 in every front! We will be back!
