“A sweet little cottage in a wonderful location for cycling and walking. Bird-lovers would enjoy the number of red kites flying about. The local pub was only a few minutes walk away. “We had an amazing stay at the Old Wharf Cottage in Windsor. The home is amazing and a wonderful location. We loved having the pool, bbq and area for croquet. It was easy to get around town with our rental car or Uber. The hosts were great and easy to connect with as needed. This was one of the key highlights of our two weeks in the UK. “It was such fun to stay at the Gatehouse! There was plenty of room for my family of 5. The neighborhood was quiet with stores within 5-10 minutes of driving. We were 10 minutes from Windsor castle and 15 minutes from the train we took into London. Leslie was WONDERFUL!!! It was so fun to meet her. My daughter says to tell everyone that the dog and chickens are sweet. :)”

“The surroundings were wonderful and the cottage was very comfortable and clean. Our only complaint is that a hot tub was advertised but was non existent which was a huge misrepresentation by Vrbo on the property details. It was one of the considerations when we booked the property We have requested an explanation from Vrbo but so far nothing is forthcoming (22.5.24)”

“The location of the property was as expected with the furniture clean. The description did not mention parking or assistance with this so it was annoying to find out that you can park outside on the single yellow during certain times - neighbours park there though knowing it is a rental. Our biggest disappointment was the kitchen which was not fully equipped. No microwave, toaster, tea towels, oven dishes, frying pan, chopping board, standard utensils etc. We planned on having Christmas lunch...

“Ett mycket fräscht och trevligt hotell. Vi hade en lägenhet med tillgång till utrustat kök. Lägenheten låg på 4:e våningen med trafikerad väg utanför, men det var tyst och inget man stördes av. Lägenheten var varm och skön, tillgång till såväl värmeökning som AC. Några minuter bort fanns det en supermarket och Holborns tunnelbanestation. Denna station har direkt förbindelse med Heathrow flygplats, denna resan gör man under en timme. Nära till teatrar och uteställen med trevliga restauranger....

"Hotellets läge är jättebra. Sköna sängar. Gott om handdukar. Väldigt små rum, mindre än vad man tror när man ser fotona, du kan i princip bara duscha och sova där, inget annat. Finns inget bord eller stolar på rummet att sitta på. Många hissar så trots stort hotell är det aldrig trångt där. Det störde inte oss att det saknades fönster. Skönt och tyst på natten. "
