“Great new hotel, despite not having direct access to the beach, it was super comfortable, the pool area on the top is really nice (with 2 warm jacuzzi) and great views , rooms are super nice and clean (with partial sea view in the room we got), excellent breakfast, 24/7 parking garage FREE, without valet parking (we had bad experience before), and beach is literally 5 minutes away walking, definitely recommend the place for what you get and the price (it is even more worth it than some hotels...

“Hermosa propiedad frente al mar! Realmente maravilloso el personal desde que llegas hasta el último día ofrecen un servicio excepcional! La suite junior vale 100% el costo extra. Con habitación, sala, cocina, 2 baños, terraza con vista al mar, jacuzzi, y electrodomésticos incluyendo lavadora y secadora. Los restaurantes todos excelentes! En especial reconocemos un gran servicio de Jesús en el área de la alberca! Y a Paola en concierge! Su gran amabilidad y apoyo a los huéspedes resalta! 👍”

“This hotel is in terrible condition, it looks NOTHING like what’s advertised online, floors are cracked and dirty, lounge chairs are rusty, mold everywhere and simply low quality everything. Food is terrible, service takes forever, not all restaurants are available daily which limits options drastically, traveling with my son and ending up in this horrible situation made me have to spend so much more than what I planned, having to book another hotel same day so that I can actually enjoy my time...

“Good experience for the price. The rooms and bathrooms were a bit worn out but the staff were very service minded. We had to change room few times due to humidity and fungi smell. The staff were responsive, helpful and never got defensive when asking for a change.”

“To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...

“Nice place overall. Great location and beautiful pool. Friendly service. The breakfast buffet was awesome but the rest of the food was just ok. This is a nice resort for families. Not much nightlife. We had a 1 bedroom suite and we bought our teenage son so he slept on the sleeper sofa. The staff went out of their way to make my birthday special with balloons and cake. I would stay here again.”
