“Best vacation ever”

“Great new hotel, despite not having direct access to the beach, it was super comfortable, the pool area on the top is really nice (with 2 warm jacuzzi) and great views , rooms are super nice and clean (with partial sea view in the room we got), excellent breakfast, 24/7 parking garage FREE, without valet parking (we had bad experience before), and beach is literally 5 minutes away walking, definitely recommend the place for what you get and the price (it is even more worth it than some hotels...

“Who hosted us ( Adrian ) shut out to him. Amazing human being n so was the cleaner lady. Felt like home staying there. So relaxing! Adrian was accomodating. We will see him again in the near future. But if you dont like road noises then this place inst for youd its a boulevard n what do you expect. But didnt have problems about it. I loved the noises cars n all that. You r on vacay so who cares!!”

You can only book dinners 2 days in advance, which means for the first two days of your stay, you don’t have access to the restaurants at all—only the buffet. Even worse, it’s nearly impossible to secure reservations when they do open. Guests are constantly competing for limited spots, and the system becomes stressful instead of convenient. “Good experience for the price. The rooms and bathrooms were a bit worn out but the staff were very service minded. We had to change room few times due to humidity and fungi smell. The staff were responsive, helpful and never got defensive when asking for a change.”

“To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...
