“La propiedad muy bonita, habitaciones grandes sumamente cómodas. Nos gustó mucho la playa y las albercas. Lo que no nos encantó fue la calidad de la comida y el hecho de que no habia restaurantes que tuvieran aire acondicionado ya que hacía mucho calor. Había uno pero estuvo cerrado toda nuestra estancia. En general muy buen hotel, tranquilo ideal para descansar.”

“Great new hotel, despite not having direct access to the beach, it was super comfortable, the pool area on the top is really nice (with 2 warm jacuzzi) and great views , rooms are super nice and clean (with partial sea view in the room we got), excellent breakfast, 24/7 parking garage FREE, without valet parking (we had bad experience before), and beach is literally 5 minutes away walking, definitely recommend the place for what you get and the price (it is even more worth it than some hotels...

“Room was clean. The price is right. It’s clean but basic. There's towels but not soap, shampoo. Spacious room, tv, wifi, continental breakfast. Parking is infront ofnthe building in a non-gated area but it's safe. Its was good for me for one night.thank you. ”

“Good experience for the price. The rooms and bathrooms were a bit worn out but the staff were very service minded. We had to change room few times due to humidity and fungi smell. The staff were responsive, helpful and never got defensive when asking for a change.”

“A well managed property with mid level ammenities which provide good and adequate services ( food, beverages, etc..) Due to the low season and subsequent lower occupancy; restaurants were rotated daily on and off, it was somewhat puzzling to determine which was going to be opened or closed in the evening. All in all a great place”

“To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...
