Property was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that I needed to get a dish sponge so I could clean my dishes, all other necessities were provided. Great stay!

Room is clean. Just a little dated. Nice staff. Walls are thin noise travels easily. Other guests were loud most the evening.

We always enjoy our Thanksgiving vacation at Matt’s rental. It’s so warm & roomy that everyone has their space. The game room with the hot tub, foosball table and exercise room are great. The addition of a video arcade was very exciting for the children. Everything is clean and orderly.
