“Stayed in the RIT hotel for just one night. The location Henrietta was very convenient, next to Rochester. The two double beds room was pretty big and well equipped. Good mattresses. The AC was a bit noisy, the coffee machine with cartridges made a good coffee..We would come back.”

“STAFF PREVENT ME TO ENTER THE ROOM BEFORE 3 PM WHILE NO ROOM WAS OCCUPIED. WITHOUT PREVIOUS NOTICE, THEY STOP THE BREAKFAST. EVEN THE COFFAE AND TEA, THERE WAS A SHORTAGE AT THE COFFAE ROOM.”

“The room's floor was very creaky and noisy. The bedside tables needed cleaned, and the sheets/duvet for the bed was gross. The faucet in the bathroom was not properly attached and moved around when you turned on either faucet. Water pressure was quite low from the sink's faucet. The microwave was peeling on the inside and rusty. At least the air conditioner worked.”

“Disgusting in every way. Property not maintained inside or outside. I had pre-paid so I was stuck. Room had an overwhelming stench of wet dog and cigarettes, mold, mildew etc. The room did not seem to have been cleaned other than the sheets. The floor had dirt and filth on it. It obviously had not been mopped for a long time. The nice young man at the desk tried to resolve with some fabreeze to no avail. I went to Walmart and bought some deodorizing spray and Clorox wipes and cleaned the...

“Nothing in our room was working properly”

“I made a reservation for a room via Expedia, but when I arrived a few hours later, the lobby had a whiteboard displayed saying all reservations had been cancelled. There were no employees there and a dozen people were waiting in the lobby. I don't know if this issue was due to the hotel not managing their reservations properly or an issue on Expedia's end.”

“Everything was dirty and broken”

“Housekeeping was every two weeks, if you wanted clean sheets you had to bring dirty sheets to front desk for trade it and you had to make beds. Clean towels were available when you brought dirty towels for exchange at main desk. Beds were not firm at all. I think they were used. If breakfast was supplied, we were never told about it. I left with 5 nights remaining on my paid reservation but they would not refund any money. I wouldn’t recommend that place to my worst enemy.”

“Väldigt oprofessionell personal som är obrydda och bråkar med varandra framför gästerna. Vid flera tillfällen såg vi personal sova i lobbyn och snarka högt. Väldigt ofräsch lobby och personal. Rummen var ok men inte prisvärda.”

“The establishment was in clean order, staff were very helpful. If something was needed all I had to do was just ask. Even the GM was pleasant to speak to and also work out issues on site! Nice place to relax and unwind, with laundry on site works well l.”

“Have a desk clerk to require arty of 8 adults and numerous preteens from being so noisy that we could not have a conversation with our granddaughter ( their allergies were so bad that going outside did not help. The hotel would have been better if the toilets were higher and meant for seniors and adults. The staff the first two days and nights were exceptional.they were professional, helpful and very friendly. It is a shame that the third evening ruined the main reason for our trip.”

“The property could use some maintenance, but the staff was incredibly friendly (seriously, they knew my name when I was walking down the hall) and the place was very clean. Breakfast was great as well. Highly recommend.”
