“Bra hotell som fungerade för oss som är en familj på 5 personer. Ligger nära motorväg, enkelt att köra av till. Stort utbud av resturanger på samma gata. Frukost lite klen, men ok”

“The room's floor was very creaky and noisy. The bedside tables needed cleaned, and the sheets/duvet for the bed was gross. The faucet in the bathroom was not properly attached and moved around when you turned on either faucet. Water pressure was quite low from the sink's faucet. The microwave was peeling on the inside and rusty. At least the air conditioner worked.”

“Stayed in the RIT hotel for just one night. The location Henrietta was very convenient, next to Rochester. The two double beds room was pretty big and well equipped. Good mattresses. The AC was a bit noisy, the coffee machine with cartridges made a good coffee..We would come back.”

“Have a desk clerk to require arty of 8 adults and numerous preteens from being so noisy that we could not have a conversation with our granddaughter ( their allergies were so bad that going outside did not help. The hotel would have been better if the toilets were higher and meant for seniors and adults. The staff the first two days and nights were exceptional.they were professional, helpful and very friendly. It is a shame that the third evening ruined the main reason for our trip.”

“STAFF PREVENT ME TO ENTER THE ROOM BEFORE 3 PM WHILE NO ROOM WAS OCCUPIED. WITHOUT PREVIOUS NOTICE, THEY STOP THE BREAKFAST. EVEN THE COFFAE AND TEA, THERE WAS A SHORTAGE AT THE COFFAE ROOM.”

“The property was very well located for my events at Univ of Rochester. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the homemade scones in the morning were top notch delicious.”

“I usually stay with a different hotel chain, but this was much cheaper so we booked it. I did not have high expectations. The place was clean, friendly and on par with everyone else. I would stay here again. We used the shuttle to and from the airport and that went flawless. There are jets going over. They are low enough that the pressure wave moves the curtains slighty. . Pretty funky but I did planes so I slept just fine.”

“The property could use some maintenance, but the staff was incredibly friendly (seriously, they knew my name when I was walking down the hall) and the place was very clean. Breakfast was great as well. Highly recommend.”

“Städerskan frågade om det "behövdes" bäddas i sängen....? Frukosten spartansk med Europeiska mått - plastbestick - papptallrikar - svagt urval. Man bygger om och det var lerigt och skitigt runt om vilket drogs med in i hotellet. Stod containers på baksidan och såg allmänt byggarbetsplatslikt. Svårt att förstå att man tar så mycket betalt när man är i ett sådant skede. Finns inget att göra i hotellet. Saknas restaurang, bar och någon typ av "aktivitet".”

“Nothing in our room was working properly”

“I made a reservation for a room via Expedia, but when I arrived a few hours later, the lobby had a whiteboard displayed saying all reservations had been cancelled. There were no employees there and a dozen people were waiting in the lobby. I don't know if this issue was due to the hotel not managing their reservations properly or an issue on Expedia's end.”

“Disgusting in every way. Property not maintained inside or outside. I had pre-paid so I was stuck. Room had an overwhelming stench of wet dog and cigarettes, mold, mildew etc. The room did not seem to have been cleaned other than the sheets. The floor had dirt and filth on it. It obviously had not been mopped for a long time. The nice young man at the desk tried to resolve with some fabreeze to no avail. I went to Walmart and bought some deodorizing spray and Clorox wipes and cleaned the...
