“This rental worked out so good for our group of 8 which included 4 children. It is very spacious - the kitchen along with paper products were well stocked -lots of beach items were available - great parking options - beds were so comfortable and it’s close to the beach and downtown. The manager was quick to take care of any questions or concerns. I really can’t say enough good things about this location. ”

“This beautiful townhouse feels like your rich Italian grandmother's pied de terre. the stone and mArble and dArk wood transport you to Rome - and then you walk outside and it's bright sunny bustling Carlsbad beach town in summer. We loved the contrast and the terrific quiet inside Kimmy's home. the beds were my favorite part: big and solid and with the softest sheets and lovely linens. we had everything to cook 3 meals a day, secure enclosed parking, tons of hot water, and space for privacy...
