Somnar till Sound of the Waves från Pacific Villas Unit Six

Denna renoverade fastighet byggdes på 1940-talet och kombinerar originaldetaljer som den underbara stenpisen med modernt möbler och en öppen layout. Koppla av på en balkong med drink i handen och se solen sjunka ner i Stilla havet. På morgonen, gör dig redo att träffa stranden som njuter av utsikten över bränningen från din lägenhet.

Pacific Villas: Unit 6 ligger i den 3 våningar östra byggnaden på andra våningen. Enheten är vänd mot havet med en delvis sydväst havsutsikt och ligger inbäddat i ett litet, familjeägt semesterhus med 6 enheter.

Enheten rymmer två gäster bekvämt, men upp till fyra gäster tillåts mot en extra kostnad efter två gäster. Omsättningsavgift är inte förhandlingsbar eftersom den betalas direkt till tredjepartsstädning och linne-tjänster som professionellt rengör våra enheter mellan varje vistelse.

Observera att fastigheten har samma dagars omsättning, därför tillåter vi INTE för tidig incheckning eller sen utcheckning eftersom vår rengörings- och underhållspersonal litar på det tidsfönstret för att förbereda enheten för den kommande vistelsen.

Komplexet är perfekt för par eller små familjer. Pacific Villas tillåter inte fester eller evenemang inom komplexet och vi tillåter inte heller fotografering på fastigheten.

Surf sounds and view without traffic sounds and view

Perfect mama and kiddo getaway!

The property was great! It was clean, had everything that we needed, and it was a perfect location! It was a perfect getaway for my son and I, in need of some relaxation and time to connect. We went to Legoland one day, realizing we were just a short drive away! We then went on a sunset walk to the pier, since the property is only minutes away. The next day we spent the day at the beach. My 12 year old was super happy and really enjoyed himself...and this is hard to say for a pre-teen. We loved it! The only "negative" thing I would say (which wasn't even a problem really) was that our room was the bottom room and we could definitely hear the people upstairs getting up early...but, that is just the way things go when you are staying in a building with multiple floors. Besides that, it was very quiet...and honestly the only thing we could hear was the ocean. We loved it!

Totally disco!

I usually have some kind of note about something that could be better. Not today! I highly recommend this property, it's location and it's very nicely appointed units. The communication from management was excellent, and the keyless entry for both the exterior gate and the unit made things super easy coming and going.

Beautiful View

The stay was beautiful! we loved that we could hear the ocean right outside our door. Parking was super easy and everything we needed was located close by. If we needed anything, they promptly responded. My only two complaints were that there was no AC, which was fine for us because the time of year, but had it been any warmer we may have been upset. Secondly, you can see the ocean, but it is all rocks. It is quite a hike down to the beach, we ended up driving it. Overall, great stay though!!!

Great location

Clean place, easy 15 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops (coffee and a little store even closer just a couple minutes). So close to the water that you can easily hear the ocean. Parking is on street for the unit, but was never an issue. Would stay here again.

Excellent Stay with Ocean Views!

From start to finish It was a smooth and very positive process. Pacific Villas had everything you need for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Lauren Aldrich was outstanding in her welcoming communication and was very helpful with any questions we had. It was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. And the sounds of the ocean were 24-7!

Amazing place and experience

Besides the property and the location being amazing the owner’s communications were also. The place was as described and we were literally footsteps from the water. The evenings are lovely and lively outside. We even clearly saw the great conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter in the night sky. We will definitely book this property again if the chance is afforded.

Wonderful, relaxing getaway

Super cute, very clean and well maintained with a view of the ocean - does it get any better? As a matter of fact, it does! Lauren is like your favorite, cool cousin that wants you to enjoy your visit and all the places she loves. From recommendations to coffee places, restaurants, yoga across from the beach, bakeries and Farmer’s Market - we were able to pack so much into a 2 1/2 day stay. Falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the ocean was icing on the cake! Wonderful experience from booking to check out. We can’t wait to go back!

Best weekend ever!

What a beautiful property! It is the most perfect location, very clean and close to the beach. We parked our car when we got there and didn't need it again until we left. Lauren was extremely helpful every step of the way and I loved her recommendations! We are already looking forward to our next stay at Pacific Villas.
