At your “Barcelona by the Beach” retreat you’ll get to enjoy a spacious living room and formal dining room with soaring, vaulted ceilings as well as a separate family room. There is a nicely equipped kitchen with separate eating area and table as well as a breakfast bar.for those early pancake and cereal breakfast risers that have got to get down to the beach at sunrise to surf.

Some of the favorite surf breaks include the infamous “Swamis,”, “Pipes”, “D Street”, “Stone Steps,” and/or “GrandView” surf breaks that local professional, Rob Machado and other pro and old time surfers pioneered that helped Encinitas to be known as one of the best surf towns in all of California.

For slumber time, just walk up the wide staircase to the master bedroom that is simply huge and almost like its own separate, apartment. The well equipped bathrooms come complete with large bath towels, soap, and a hair dryer.

For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for that special wedding or going out on the town for your anniversary or other special occasion.

Additional bedding includes a Full size futon and pull out twin bed that are both located in the family room for the kids that prefer to sleep near all the action while all the adults take the private bedrooms.

Enjoy WiFi and Roku on three flat screen TVs plus a few extra flat screens for local TV and DVD use for those who do not like to stream.
