Inomhuspoolen är en hit med barnen!Oceanfront enfamiljersbostad med en varv pool - Träna eller leka inomhus på de kallare dagarna och njut av de 180 graders utsikt över havet! Sitt på den nedre uteplatsen eller sovrummet däck och njut av havsbris, delfiner, valskådning och surfare utanför medan du smuttar på ditt morgonkaffe eller äter ett kvällsglas vin eller cocktail för att titta på de otroliga solnedgångarna från ditt eget hem! Enstaka valar ses också från våra stränder! Det stora sovrummet ligger på andra våningen och har expansiv 180 graders utsikt över havet och ett stort däck med schäslonger och sittplatser för att njuta av allt! Väldigt romantiskt! För familjer som delar utrymme är detta ett perfekt hem med master plus sovrum med 2 vanliga enkelsängar på övervåningen, på huvudnivån är ett drottning sovrum med havsutsikt. Plus ett stort sovrum / kontor med ytterligare en full säng och queen size-säng. Satellit-TV och höghastighetsinternet ingår. Enorm platt-TV, DVD och stereo. En enkel promenad till stranden tar bara 2-3 kvarter till kul i solen på Moonlight Beach. Moonlight Beach Encinitas har alla offentliga anläggningar, livvakt och mer.
    Poolen har ett avtagbart stängsel för säkerhet. Huset är fullt utrustat med höghastighetsinternet, kabel-TV med stor skärm och mer. En kung, två drottning, en dubbel och 2 singlar. Sover 4-9. Två sovrum på första våningen och två på övervåningen. Sovrummen på första våningen delar ett badrum, och det finns ett 1/2 gästbad. På övervåningen delas sovrummet badrummet med det mindre "barn" sovrummet. Detta hem rymmer upp till 6 vuxna och 4 barn; max 10 gäster totalt

Amazing Vacation Spot!

Amazing host! Made sure we had everything we needed and an amazing stay! Couldn’t ask for a better location! Views of ocean were spectacular and watching sunrise and sets on the decks was awesome! Quick walk to the beach, fun small town and kids were super sad to leave. We’ll be back.

Quirky Fun Delightful Beach House

This home sits right at the ocean’s edge and is a quirky, but delightful, place to enjoy the beach. The indoor pool is surprisingly enjoyable and such a bonus in this large beachfront home.

Unique property with indoor pool and bluff side view of the ocean

This was a very unique property with an indoor pool. The house is on the bluff on the ocean so sunsets were great. The rooms were very spacious.

The view is fantastic. The house has not been maintained. Tiles falling off, moisture damage everywhere, and there is no comfortable place to sit. It rained while we were there and we had to put pans and towels everywhere to to catch the leaks. The deck was very poorly built. the windows and doors leaked. The heat did not work...

Encinitas Beach Vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! The beach house rental was fantastic! You cannot beat that view! It was the perfect location for our family! We had our extended family visiting at the same time, in the same area. Our beach house was convenient for hanging out and making meals and memories together. The kids absolutely loved the pool inside the house!

Beach Front House

This is a beautiful home. We are from Texas so we are not use to the houses being so close together. House is pet friendly but the neighbor to the right of the house is not! There is very little kitchen supplies. Overall we enjoyed our time here.

Gorgeous sunsets

This property is all about the terrace and the view. You won’t want to be anywhere else. House is very well equipped with towels. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is reasonably equipped. Enclosed garden is a great feature for families with younger kids. Outdoor shower is clutch.

Spacious and great location

The view is fantastic and the decks are private and spacious. The bedrooms are large and the heated indoor pool was a hit for daily laps. Things that could be better were the generally dim lighting, and some general aged hardware. Like the screen doors and cabinet doors. Overall loved our stay, walked to the beach and great restaurants in less than 10min.

Wonky beach house with pool and view

This could be a fun, quirky, charming house if it were given a deep clean and kept well maintained. Many windows and the upstairs slider wouldn't open so we couldn't capture a breeze, and the house stayed warm, humid and stuffy. Ceiling fans would help. The pool was great. View was spectacular. We had a great family vacation.

The house wasnt exactly what we expected. Location is AMAZING with gorgeous ocean views, but multiple broken or missing screen doors and window screens, water damage, rusted broken shutters and broken locks on windows. I thought "direct beach access" meant from the house itself, but it's on a cliff so you have to go almost a mile(further if drive and can't find parking) to access point & then LONG stairs to get to beach. The back sliding door downstairs is super hard to lock & we weren't able to get the latch to connect so hard to secure your belongings. We did see new screen doors in garage so maybe we just had bad luck to come before they fixed. Location & views were amazing of course.. & they did text our last night to offer extra night or late check out for free, but then at 6am said they had a last minute booking. There were also a lot of ants in kitchen area even though we tried to not have anything on the counters unless in sealed bags so make sure not to leave anything at all on counters. Overall our favorite part was the ocean breeze and sounds at night & the cute shops/restaurants in town, but it definitely seems that the property hasn't been updated or had basic necessary repairs done in a while. We were getting texts from 2 numbers, not sure in 1 owner & 1 manager, but they were responsive. We just didn't complain while there since couldn't find/afford anywhere else last minute.

Great View

The house has a great view. However, once we checked in I was in communication with I believe the homeowner and property manager. House is very worn, furniture looks as if it was from grage sales, all out side furniture was rusted/broken, security issues, and the house had a terrible smell. We never used the pool due to debris/sand in the pool. I took multiple pictures and videos throughout the house and shared with the owner.

Our worst rental experience

Our worst ever rental experience in spite of the wonderful view from the deck Musty, moldy oder was sickening. Very poorly cleaned. Limited amenities. Light bulbs burned out and hard to replace. We considered going home early and wound up maximizing our time away. With dog along we chose to eat meals in our car and retuned only to sleep.

Mixed bag

The location and view are spectacular. The beds are fine. However, the property itself is in exceedingly tired shape, the outdoor furniture is funky and very rusty. Windows are held open with toy bits and pieces of wood, the Bar-b-q is broken and very greasy, and to top it off there were mouse droppings in the spare blanket drawer - yuck! Towels are thin and kitchen is sparsely stocked. But if you can put up with that, the property does have a groovy indoor pool and plenty of space for a large group. The owners did send someone right away to fix broken screens and a broken tap and broken shower head.

Unsafe Filthy Smelly Grodd

Unsafe, Neglected, Filthy Property We knowingly signed up for a rustic property with a great view. What we got was an unsafe, neglected, filthy, smelly rustic property. For example: Safety & Security – most doors do not lock as they are broken or windows and doors don’t closer properly. Electric plugs in the kitchen, upstairs bedroom do not work at all and some come out of the wall when you unplug something. Entire House Smell - Smells like a bath house in August including chlorine and mold growth somewhere we couldn’t find. Pool is in the main part of the house next to the kitchen – no barrier so the moisture and chlorine smell penetrates the entire house Rust - Every metal fixture in the home is rusted (heating system intakes and vents, lamps, recessed lighting fixtures, door knobs, towel racks, shower curtains. Wood window shade hardware. Bathroom lighting fixtures Doors – when it rains it gets through the slider on the second floor and onto the carpet (maybe the mold source?) Lighting – Missing, burnt out and very dim wrong type of bulbs in almost every fixture. For example there were the twirly bulbs in overhead can fixtures which threw no light. Owner purchased the right bulbs and I installed. Dirty light switches, door handles everywhere that gets touched is dirty Slider Tracks and Window sills - Heavy dirt and rust film in the slider tracks, window sills. Tracks were cleaned by handyman Windows – Dirty at first which the

Amazing views!

We had a great experience at this property. Management responded quickly when we had a problem. Some reviews said that it is a bit dated in the decor. It is, but we actually found that a plus! With a toddler with us, there was no panic that he would hurt something or ruin something. We were able to sit back and relax and enjoy our vacation.

Location and Views

This was in a great location with amazing views. The property manger was excellent, it was easy to check in and very reactive to questions. We had an issue with the Pool heater and they fixed it very quickly. We had a great time, the place was very nice and unique with the indoor pool which we did use. The house does need some work and is not in pristine condition but we felt that it was an overall great experience and the location and views overcome the condition of the home. The house is clean and put together. They also provide beach chairs and equipment which is fantastic. Overall great experience and we will visit again in the future and recommend this house to anybody that loves the ocean views and being walking distance to a beach.
