Det finns över 200 palmstammar som erbjuder filtrerad skugga och tropisk atmosfär som accentueras av de lätta havbrisen! Hela fastigheten är designad med utmärkt uppmärksamhet på detaljer och är möblerad med 100% importerade indonesiska möbler från Bali. PBC är fylld med allt du kan förvänta dig i ditt hem! Takbelysta tak, otrolig modern men subtil indirekt belysning, massor av naturlig dagsbelysning från de sex himmelbelysningarna, fantastiska professionella köksredskap och lyxiga sängkläder!

Vilket fantastiskt kustnära samhälle och hem för att njuta av utomhuslivsstilen i södra Kalifornien! Det finns tre utomhuslivsområden som ger fantastiska reträtt- och spännande alternativ. Den utomhus vedeld är omgiven av djupa sittplatser som skapar den perfekta kvällsträdgården eldstad. Eldstolens matställe erbjuder en lugn soluppgångskaffe eller en romantisk middagsupplevelse vid bränderna. Detta är en idealisk flykt för 2-3 personer (eller 2 +/- 2 barn) som letar efter en högkvalitativ resortfastighet i en personlig icke-hotellskala på de bästa platserna! Property management lives nearby and are nice and communicative. Place has a lot of charm and is plenty of space for 2, even the kitchenware is top quality. Location is hard to beat in Encinitas, walkable to restaurants and the beach and between the 5 and 101 but not too close to either. Would book again

Like no other!!

From the minute you step through the gate into your private oasis, you are immediately “home”. Eric has poured so much love and thoughtful design into every square inch of this property. Easy access to the freeway and downtown. We spent ever single morning and afternoon on one of the patios drinking coffee or sipping wine. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful you never want to leave. Trust me! And for those concerned about the owner living on property-it’s all what you make of it. They are so helpful and friendly or will complete leave you to your day if that’s what you choose. Not intrusive at all. You will love it here. Trust me!!

Perfect location & amazing spot

This was a 10/10! Honestly, the cleanest and most well equipped rental I’ve been to. The hosts are wonderful. They were accommodating and very communicative. The house was amazing. Perfect location, walkable to the beach and main strip. The space itself is beautiful! Bright and airy. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The kitchen is stocked for serious cooking, there are plenty of towels, bathrobes, beach gear and extra blankets. And of course the outdoor space was incredible. We traveled with our baby and loved being able to have outdoor space to relax after her early bedtime. Highly recommend. We’ll be back and hope to use the tiki hot tub next time!

Paradise

My husband and I vacation on Encinitas often and this was our first stay at Eric’s place. We loved it and plan to return! Well appointed and cozy! We didn’t need to bring anything and the place was very comfortable and clean. Eric was very responsive to any questions we had and told us he has plans this year to add a few more features to the home. This “bungalow” is a perfect space for a couple.Thank you so much!

So relaxing.

This was our second time to stay at Eric’s Palm tree oasis. We are so comfortable there, feel so relaxed, and love the vibe. I made sure to use the patios more this time. At night, we lit the awesome fireplace in the living room. He made some nice updates with the surround sound and ambiance.

The Plantation Beach Cottage

The PBC was absolutely adorable! Perfect for 2 people. Everything was very clean, and the home had most everything you would need for a stay in Encinitas. The kitchen was well stocked. The grounds are amazing! I especially loved the outdoor fireplace in the front yard, I used that all of the time. It has a gas start and then the super dry wood took off immediately. I would read my book in front of it daily. Parking was easy, and always available on the street or in the grass driveway. I highly recommend the place!!!

Slightly disappointed

While Eric the owner is very nice, the listing is not entirely accurate. The owner lives in the guest house behind the home you are renting. You will hear water running through the pipes when you are not using any water. The bedroom is so bright at night I found it hard to sleep although the bed was comfortable. Location is great. VRBO should require that it be disclosed about the owner living on the property. I traveled alone but if i would have been with my family i would have been even more disappointed.

Slow down and wnjoy

The hosue is as beautiful as it looks online. Sunlight streams through in every room. The outdoor space is nothing short of magical. There are many ways you can enjoy the space. We used the outdoor hot tub which was fun and the fireplaces/tiki torches made the experience feel like you’re in a different world. Downtown Encinitas is walkable and so close to the highway to explore the rest of San Diego. Kitchen was well stocked and chef grade appliances and pans. Loved our stay and highly recommend!

Beautiful Relaxing House in Amazing location

Loved everything about our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped/stocked for cooking although we chose to frequent the wonderful restaurants just around the corner. The yard and fireplace (although we didn’t have a fire) were so quaint. Inside common spaces were just as relaxing. Bed was comfy and there was plenty of closet space to unpack (which I love to do when staying for more than a couple days). Not to mention host was incredibly responsive and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again and again.

Great every time!

We love staying at Eric's PBC - The whole vibe of the place makes you relax instantly. It's full of light, even on cloudy days. He has stocked the kitchen with everything you need and more. All appliances are fabulous and everything is immaculately clean! Laundry right outside the back door. Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at Pacific Palm Grove! The cottage and grounds were just beautiful...so well-designed, well-equipped and comfortable. And we so enjoyed walking in the historic neighborhood..such an eclectic array of homes with pretty gardens and foliage. Gorgeous beaches nearby too, and a lovely botanic garden. Great restaurants and cute shops in the area. Our host, Eric, was incredibly helpful and nice. We'd go back in a minute!

Perfect weekend getaway

My husband and I were very impressed with the cottage and felt extremely comfortable there, in fact we are already planning our return visit. The space was perfect for the 2 of us, but we may have felt crowded bringing the kids. The kitchen was top notch and Eric had 2 grills plus front yard and backyard seating/visiting areas. The town of Encinitas was so close, and we had a great time exploring the hangouts. Next visit needs to be a little longer!!

Love-Love-Love

We loved our stay, beginning to end! Our flight was canceled & Eric was kind & gracious enough to work with us to extend our stay by 2 days. The weather started out a little gloomy & chilly so we didn't get to use the outdoor spaces enough, but certainly will do next time. The shower is extra special & invigorating & the bed is super comfortable & the area was very quiet. I'm an insomniac & still managed to get some sleep here. The entire space was just lovely & we are already thinking about a trip back. Loved Encinitas, & Loved this little slice of paradise. Thank You Eric, Anne & Jaun!
