This Encinitas Beach Home is pet-friendly and boasts the highest quality furnishings throughout. This home is your home base for surfing, San Diego festivals, hiking, nature walks, family beach time, and so many more activities! If you prefer to stay indoors, we offer a retro arcade system preloaded with over 3,000 games ready to play right in the living room. Available for an additional small fee, message us for details.



The first bedroom features a luxurious beach-themed master suite with a comfortable California King bed, en-suite master bath with double vanity, jetted tub & tiled shower combination, a 55-inch wall-mounted TV, and a private balcony.



The 2nd guestroom has a California redwood theme with a queen bed. We left the 3rd guestroom clean elegant theme and a double-sized bed. These bedrooms are connected by a ‘Jack & Jill’ bathroom with a separate vanity & bath/shower combination. Each of these bedrooms has their own private balcony.



The 4th bedroom is a chic, San Diego nightlife-themed room featuring a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with tile and glass door shower.



This home has a large, comfortable living area, perfect for conversation and games around the 6-person dining room table or catching a movie on the 65’ Smart TV! Enjoy high-speed WiFi to watch your favorite shows with ease. There is also a gas fireplace and a half bath on the main level by the kitchen.



The top-of-the-line kitchen is perfect for hosting. It features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, a Soda Stream, and all the luxury finishes and cooking items you will need to make perfect memories.



A laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer, is available for use throughout your stay. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided.



Please note that our home has a private attached 2-car garage as well as one spot in the driveway. No-charge street parking is available nearby on a first come first serve basis.



**Pet Policy:

- Pets are welcome, but must stay off all furniture.

- An additional fee of $150 per pet applies to your stay.

- If any damages result from pets, you will be responsible for covering those costs.

**Utilities Policy:

-For stays of 28 nights, utilities are included up to $450 per month. Any usage exceeding $450 will be charged to the guest and documented.
