Lägenhetshotell i Englands hjärta

“Everything was fine, clean, good parking. Short of a plug for the kitchenette sink and very noisy fall pipe in the shower room when our upstairs neighbours showered at 5.30 AM each morning (woke us thinking we had a leak). Apart from that, all good. Would certainly stay again”

“Ett idealiskt ställe o plats avseende läget, oerhört Centralt och strategiskt. Management excellent och vänlighet är ett motto o service-minded trots att ett sk. Lägenhets Hotel vilket spar kostnader.”

“A very nice place to stay”

“We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which had everything a family could need for brief stops inbetween visiting the surrounding area (including a baby chair and a crib available on request). The only thing was that a radiator made some strange noises now and then (even when switched off).”

“Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Adjustable heating and lighting very comfortable bed and quiet area. Nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room too.”

“Was unable to check in. Noone answered any of the phone numbers provided with the booking or on the door at the property. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE”

“I stayed here as I had an event I was going to at the CBS Arena and I could literally walk there from where I was, so it was perfectly situated for me. The apartment had everything I needed. The apartment did have a standing fan, although I did take 2 extra little portable bedside fans as the weather was particularly hot. The only suggestions I have is that there could be a better mirror or lighted up mirror for doing make-up. I would also prefer curtains to the blinds as these did keep banging...

“Be careful. You can't check in after 5pm! But this is not clearly stated when you book.”

“I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues.”

“Rymliga lägenheter men begränsade öppettider i receptionen och därmed lägre servicenivå. Men för personer som vill ha ett prisvärt boende och inte är beroende av service så är detta perfekt i centrum av Birmingham nära kommunikationer. Servicebutik bredvid, nära till restauranger, marknad och shoppinggallerior, ca 15 min promenad till Town Hall (konserter) och museer.”

“Fabulous location. Brilliant room and facilities. Great value.”

“So, soo nice! Really well kept. Loved our stay!”

“the room was okay but it smelt like damp and thier was quite a lot of black mould behind the sofa”

“Hotel is in a great place. Modern and spotless. Very close to the races and town centre. ”
