“I travel often for work, so I really value professionalism and customer service when staying at a hotel. Unfortunately, that was the weakest part of my experience here. During my stay, I asked for help with the laundry facilities and later with the computer/printer, and in both cases the front desk staff was not very helpful or service-oriented. “When we checked in and got settled, we found that our bathroom light did not work and had to switch rooms. Housekeeping should have known that light didn’t work. Also at check in we let the manager know that we needed a 4 AM shuttle to go too the airport. The shuttle never arrived. At 4:20 we had to get an Uber and the person at the desk got smart with us. You shouldn’t advertise you have shuttle service every half hour when you don’t. We almost lost our 6:00 AM flight because of the no show...

“Everything you would want from a hotel at this price point: clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient location. Breakfast was good (waffles, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, cereal, muffins, yogurt, fruit). Coffee was good. Eggs were runny. Staff were very nice. Hotel is next door to a supercharger. Charging block on the night table didn’t work but there were other outlets in the room. I would stay again on next trip. ”

“Friendly staff, but accommodations match the price. Very thin walls and lukewarm shower. Beware if you’re taking the airport shuttle, you need to be on the RED pickup side, not blue. It was convenient once we figured that out, but there were no instructions prior to calling the hotel so we waited for an hour in the entirely wrong area.”

“The property is undergoing renovation. Staff was very kind and informed us when we checked in. They explained that construction was ongoing on the 4th and 5th floor and we would hear drilling, hammering, etc. until about 5:00 pm on the day of check in. They were correct, but it literally sounded like they were in the room directly above us and we were exhausted when we checked in. “Family of 5 with 3 teens- did need to open window for adequate ventilation in middle of night. Breakfast hot food was lukewarm including omelet taco and sausage. Trash in parking lot. Had to provide personal information at check in that should come from Expedia. Some wear and tear in room. Had to request extra towels and sofa bedding.”
