“On a business trip and joined a conference. The breakfast room with everthing spread out at different stations was extremely frustrating. It took too long to go to four different sections to gather my stuff. Fine when on vacation, but not for business. Wasted too much time. “ Had to wait 1 h for shuttlebus and it was quite uncleat where or when (or if) the shuttle bus should come. No signs, no information, nobody we asked knew. The room was good, quiet, clean.
