“Hotel full of charm and identity with very nice rooms. Nice roof terrace. Well situated in the centre, a short walk to the big mosque and the medina. Best is the very helpful staff. I forgot a jacket in the room and the hotel arranged to have it sent to the airport hotel in Casa where I spent a night a week later. That's what I call behind customer minded! Very well done.”

“We were driving in and we had no problems finding the place. It dif not look like much from the outside but the inside is very nice. We were greeted by Aya who was extremely polite and nice and informative. She showed us the rooms to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. Lovely young lady. Loved the hotel it was quiet and very comfortable. Rooftop is fun too and we loved the inside parking. We highly recomment this place as it is very secure.”

“The hotel itself was very bad maintained. The shower was broken and it was just old and bad. I went to the reception the first night to show them photos of what it looked like and they instantly upgraded my room to a junior suit. The junior suit was more fresh and maintained but the AC wasnt working and I couldn’t bother to go to the reception to complain again because I was super busy the whole trip.”

“I stayed four nights at the Casablanca Marriott Hotel in Morocco and it was great which is why this review is a MUST. Let me say the hotel is in a great location, near Hassan II Masque and a nice size market. The hotel is super clean and the staff is exceptional. 1. “How can this be a 5 star hotel? Room at 15th floor. A great view, but that’s the only great with this hotel! Room was in need to be refurbished. Tiles in bathroom broken. Carpet in room had stains. Windows not clean. In booking of a delux double room it said there should be slippers and bathrobes! No slippers and just one bathrobe for the 1st night. Gone after cleaning. Free water, yes but one small bottle for 2 persons! Location good. All in all expectations were higher. Please either update...

“Centrally located, friendly staff, sisnt try the restaurants. But one thing i would lile the mabagement t9 rectify or fix is the bathtub. It is about 18 to 20 inches from the floor and getting in and out of it without a support, which there is none, would be difficult for older people, children to get in and out of the shower.”
