Having paid 17500SEK / 1400 GBP for two rooms for two nights I expected more.
Rooms are not fit for purpose with extensive mould on walls and ceilings, broken furniture, fixtures and fittingsâŠ.. in desperate need of basic repair and renovation.
For the first time ever, I will be pursuing some form of compensation/refund

âCommunication w hotel and staff was exceptional, accommodated an early check in. Rooms are funky and interesting, you ll definitely remember staying there, perfectly equipped, clean, great location. Everything within walking distance. Couldn't have asked for more. â
âIâve stayed here many times now the grounds are lovely fantastic if your having a wedding for photos the staff are always friendly polite nice people room always clean and if you give them notice they endeavour to put you in the quieter part of the hotel if thereâs a function on parking is free and plenty of space Iâll always stay here when in Manchester

"VÀldigt bra hotell för dig som ska shoppa mycket eller bara vill ta spÄrvagnen till Manchester.
HÀrlig personal, vÀldigt fina rum med stor dusch och vanliga tillbehör. Som till exempel strykjÀrn, strykbrÀda, hÄrtork, tvÄl och ett sÀkerhetsskÄp. AC hade Àven rummet som funkade galant.
God frukost med bra utbud.
SpÄrvagnen stationen Àr bara 5-10 minuter ifrÄn hotellet eller om du vill Äka buss. Det stora köpcentret Trafford Centre ligger ocksÄ 5-10 minuter bort. "
