âI have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were...
âI arrived late in the middle of the night due to my work overrunning and a long drive up the country and the staff member was really nice and had my room key sorted all ready for when I got there.â
âWas sadly only there for 1 night as a place to crash after a nearby wedding. The place was lovely, the staff couldn't of been any kinder and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. Would drive the 6hrs to come back for a few days stay for sure.â
âI had two rooms booked - a twin for one person and a superior double. Both excellent. Gripe for the superior was about a half an hour to run a bath and no Wi-Fi :( possibly due to location at the back of the hotel. We were there for a family 90 th nearby so it was a great opportunity to stay. Accrington was ÂŁ6 in an uber. Disappointing though to have to pay a tenner if you want to use the pool :( gym free mind.

The kitchen smelled like something was rotting, I think the bins hadn't been disposed of properly before we arrived. There also weren't any towels even though the advert says there will be. It's an okay place to stay as long as you're not expecting luxury.â

"The only reason for the overall rating was the absence of WiFi in my room. The staff was very helpful and let me use the staff WiFi. The problem was resolved, but it returned as soon as I returned to my room. I had to go to the nearby McD in order to check emails, etc. In addition, the check-in was problematic as the lodge did not have a credit card reader which led to the lodge dismissing my card. The explanation from the lodge was something that the card issuer had never heard about when I checked with them when I got home. Otherwise, the location and nearby pub were great, especially if you plan to see Blackburn Rovers. Their home ground is just 5 min off. Hopefully, this rating will lead to an improved WiFi access at the lodge."
