“Could not sleep for four nights due to out of control guests. Management was contacted each night and did nothing. Kids continued to scream and parents screamed and banged doors and walls. Awful, scary experience- out of control.”

The front desk wasn’t very helpful answering questions relating to nearby areas and left out that you can shuttle to their sister property (Aloft) which seemed to be in much better condition.
