"Pros: This is my go to place for my annual ocmd visits. Prime location for enjoying Delaware and Maryland. Walking distance to the beach. Love the free beach chair option and shuttle service. "Spacious. Clean overall, carpet had a lot of stains but the rest was pretty nice. View was beautiful. Amenities were very nice. Beds a bit uncomfortable. Plenty do and see. Pools were nice and the shops were nice and also convenient. Great location in the center of everything. I’d stay here again. ..."

"Historic, older boarding-house style hotel. Needs updated and bathroom needed repairs to floor tiles and sink, but has on-site parking (for free), a nice pool and PRIME LOCATION. Based on other options, it's worth the cost. Staff very friendly. Great boardwalk location with outdoor seating."

"This is a hotel mostly for people staying in OC for a week or longer. We stayed just three nights. It suited us well. Nice pool and close to the beach. It is not a luxury hotel, but the suites are very nice, but ours wasn't cleaned properly, we found empty water bottles under the bed. But overall ..."
