Motell i Fenwick Island State Park

“An older hotel, with an fantastic person in the reception, whos name was Karen (I believe). She was very warm and caring. The room and hotel is ok. Nothing fancy, but the location with the beach just 4-5 min walkingdistance is fantastic. The beach and the area is wonderful. We had a room towards the street and it was a litte noisy from the street, but i was ok. Its much better with a room towards the back that you also see fantastic houses and watercanals. ”

“We had 8 couples staying for 2 nights for our brother's funeral. The staff was incredibly accommodating to us in so many ways. (I don't think it was because of the funeral as I am not sure if they all knew the circumstances). They helped us get seating so that we could sit together for dinner. They were always so kind. It was a special place for us to be together to laugh, cry and reminisce! Shout out to Andrea, Patrick and Mickey (or Nickie?) Thank you!”

“This was not at all what I booked. The photos on the Expedia website were not accurate. When I get there, the front desk says the room I booked is in a building that is not yet open for the season and they put me in a motel room by the office. They said it was there first day open. I'm guessing no one cleaned or checked the room before renting it to me. There was a dead cockroach on the floor, a silverfish crawling on the wall, the comforter was stained, and there was a big gap in the front door...

“This is one of the oldest hotels left in Ocean City. It's an aging classy lady that we all know and love. The room was Bayside, small queen but it was meticulous and adequate. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. But we came for the stunning views and the small private beach where you can relax or even fish or just sit for hours and watch the boats pass through the inlet. “My husband had to slam his shoulder into open our door to our room. The manager came over and had to do the same and said he knew about it. The microwave had rust in it. The blinds to the bathroom were broken and people walking outside could s the us in the bathroom. Said offered hair dryer and there was none. Rust in the bathroom and mold in the shower. Very noisy. Beds were very comfortable. ”
