“My 12 year old and I enjoyed being close to the beach for 4th of July. We invited friends and it was a very comfortable stay for 4 - with beds to spare! Two full baths if you include the outdoor shower and 1/2 bath on first floor, which the kids used a lot. A clean and perfectly located house next to fine dining for grown ups and pizza and ice cream for the kids. Nice back porch with friendly neighbors. A great beach house and a very helpful host!”

Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The pool in the community was another bonus. It is super close to all the Bethany attractions and we will definitely be renting here again. The owner has excellent communication and is super responsive. ”
