“The sofa bed was extremely bad quality - my friend got back pain and bruises from the steel bar. Unacceptable. They claim continental breakfast is included. “We booked a last minute girls weekend over labor day. The Palms at Fire Island providesd a beautiful experience! Our room was ready upon check-in, 3 hours early! The hotel kept in contact with us via text the entire experience, towels, bikes ,beach accessories, water, whatever we needed was immediate attended to.
