“We had a very bad experience at this property. This is the first time that I write a bad review for a property in Expedia. We booked a beach front unit; as we check in we noticed that AC and the two TV’s in the unit were not working; requested 3 times for this to be fixed and all we got were mediocre answers and was never fixed. “our room was always beautiful.. the food was just so so”

“Excellent resort, the staff were excellent. The pool side drink and food service made days at the pool fun and relaxing. Edgar, Ara and all the other entertainment team staff seem to have unlimited energy and were excellent with both children and adults. Rooms and common areas were always cleaned in a timely manner by the cleaning staff, and the landscaping around the resort was beautiful!”

“Good experience for the price. The rooms and bathrooms were a bit worn out but the staff were very service minded. We had to change room few times due to humidity and fungi smell. The staff were responsive, helpful and never got defensive when asking for a change.”

“Got food poisoning from the recerved dinner in Restaurant Tokyo. Food quality in general there was the worst we had in our 2 weeks stay in Mexico. After getting very sick, we were not able to even get water bottle from the reception to help. When approaching the staff and the manager about the situation, not a single sign empathy or concern about the patients health was shown. Only a statememnt of "you cannot prove it is our fault". Entertaiment staff were exceptional.”
