Room was spacious but facing parking which came as a surprise. Breakfast and dinner options are good. Pool facilities are good. A lovely property with plenty of spsce in the house, outdide the house and in terms of parking. Within walking distance of central Keswick, host met us on arrival and was helpful with information, showing us round the house and advising on places to eat.
