Lägenheter i Florens Castello station

“The apartment was spotless and clean. The location was very convenient and five minutes walk to the city centre.”

“We had a great stay at Deservi Apartments and would happily stay here again on a future visit to Florence. The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the location. The apartment is just a stone's throw from Florence Cathedral and within easy walking distance of the Statue of David and many of the city's other major attractions. It was so central and easy to find that we rarely needed to use our maps once we had arrived. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived much later than expected, close to...

“This place needs some improvement. There is no physical check-in. Everything is done virtual and the link they shared with me didn’t work at first. You need WiFi to open the doors the first time. Also the keys get jammed and it’s hard to open them. There is no elevator in the building and the room is in the 4th floor. The rooms were dirty and the bathroom had mold. The whole apartment smells like humidity when you walk in. There was only one small mirror (bathroom mirror) in the whole apartment....

“Das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.”

“Everything was smooth and perfect!”

“Very close to the famous duomo. PRO: lots of restaurants nearby and tons of shops. You can easily just go to a restaurant in front of the place and see the duomo. There is a washer and lots of hangers which is convenient if you are staying a few days. Shampoo and soup are provided as well as towels. Bed is big. Living room area is decent and kitchen is well stocked. CON: trouble with check in because of communication problems, i waited an hour outside. Make sure to add their WhatsApp, it's...

“This apartment is spacious even by American standards. It’s a literal stones through from Ponte Vechio. Monika was also responsive when we had issues but wasn’t able to correct them all.First, a shower leaked in the basement. She tried to sent a repairman the same day but schedule conflicts made it happen a day later. Not a major issue, we just shared the other two.Second, it’s an old castle so there is definitely some uniqueness about it. For some reason bubbles (yes like soap suds) started...

“1.5 hour before check-in, I got a phone call from Mamo saying that the apartment is not available, since there is no running water. We got another apartment for the first night which was OK, but clearly not the one that was paid for. Later, it was communicated that there are two apartments, one with square view and another without, and ours was the one without. By looking at the advertisement, I can only say that this listing is a scam since that information isn’t available any place. The...

“Snyggt inredd lägenhet med alla bekvämligheter. Fantastisk takterass med magisk utsikt över staden. Det enda som saknades var ett sol- och/eller regnskydd. Med takterrass kommer nackdelen med många trappor men det är helt ok när man befinner sig så centralt.”

“Excellent location, very nice property will you need. The service is great!”
