“Copl”

“Excelente!!!”

“Property is as described. Clean and spacious. Perfect for a quick get away. Host communicated well and was quick to respond. Spent the morning on the balcony watching the sunrise and saw several dolphins.”

“Great little place to stay the night before our cruise!”

“Wonderful view and access to beach”

“Very comfortable.”

“Great host! The EAGLES are awesome. Would recommend to anyone and will stay there again if in the area.”

“Excellent stay”

“We were only there for one night but it was the most perfect stay. The property was absolutely stunning, very clean, homie. The host was so nice and showed us his farm with such cool animals to see. We will definetly be booking again when we make another florida trip!”

“This was a beautiful place to stay. We did have to walk down the road a short way to get to the path out to the beach but we really enjoyed our stay. There were snacks in the refrigerator and a gas grill outside that we would have used if we had stayed longer. Thank you for the nice place to stay. ”

“You want regret booking here!!!”

“Great location for downtown New Smyrna.”

“Very clean and well equipped unit. Fabulous view and just a few feet from the beach, as promised!”

“One of my very favorite stays. The property was immaculate and very comfortable. My highlight was meeting the mini horses and goats. On my way in my happy place around animals. Very friendly hosts. We will definitely recommend and return to this locatioWe will definitely recommend and return to this location.n.”

“I was having a hard time locating the message from the owner on the app. I called and was able to get the instructions on how to get in. Cute place to stay and reasonably priced. We only wish we had more time to just stay and relax a little more. If we end up in the area again, I would look this place up first as the hotels in the area have poor reviews.”

“After i found my email for the directions to check in everything was smooth. The location was great, the pool only steps away from my room. It was me and my two children. The beach also was only steps away from the room. The room was great, no complaints there. The only thing that was going on was construction on the very top floor but it didn't really get in the way of our vacation but it was kinda loud in the mornings. I would definitely stay again in the future. Thanks”

“Very nice quite get away!!”

“Very cleanly, cute apartment and cute area with great shops and food. Although the house directly next to it is under construction and quite loud, overall the loft itself was wonderful🙂”
