“This was the perfect place for our active family ranging from ge 13 to 65. Biking, swimming in the ocean and kayaking was amazing and everything was walking distance or in our own back yard. It was perfect for our needs.”

“This house is STUNNING and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. Things were immaculately clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet, but full of friendly folks. We enjoyed our morning walks and were able to safely get in a few miles each day. Easy access to the beach, and parking on Cocoa is super easy, and not expensive compared to other beaches we've been to. You can easily walk a few blocks and be at the water, but we chose to drive so we could bring the beach...

“The house sits at a fantastic location. The Halifax river for sunsets to one side and the ocean for sunrises sits on the other side of the road where the house is located. Walk to a Publix or to Bruno’s pizza at the Publix mall. Other little stores in the mall as well. Stop lights to cross over A1A is quite helpful and Dunkin’ close by for your caffeine fix. In my opinion the house is perfect. Lots of parking and a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your home.”
