De tog för mycket betalt, när jag påpekade detta vid utcheckning ville receptionisten inte ta reda på vad som var fel. Jag var tvungen att ringa kundservice på Hotels.com så att de ringde hotellet och rätta till receptionistens misstag. Inte så bra.
