Our stay was absolutely perfect!! The place was exactly like the listing. The host communicated so easily and gave simple instructions for move-in/the stay/move-out. The location was amazing and perfect for 5 young girls with no car. We walked to everything!! All the amenities were great and super useful. We LOVED the patio for fam dinners and the perfect picture spot. We all would totally stay here again. Absolutely perfect for the price!!

Our stay was excellent. This was our first stay at Stephanie's place out of many other Deerfield stays and we will put on our list as one of the best. The apartment felt "homey" with the perfectly decoracted inside decor and layout. We enjoyed the outside patio and the shared laundry was conveniently right there off the rear patio. What we look for in a Deerfield island condo stay checked off just about all our boxes. The supplied beach gear was great and a must on our list. The beach umbrella was sturdy and mats & chairs completed our set-up. Having these amenities is important to us. A beach cart or wagon would have been great to load up and get pull to the beach but we managed just fine without. The location to the beach is only a short one block walk and is equally convenient to two beach access points. Close enough to the Deerfield hub of town but far enough away from the main area of the crowded beaches. The beach area up a few blocks from town is more chill and spacious. The two coffee makers were great ( single serve and whole pot makers ) which we used both. The beds were very comfortable and the complex was quiet and laid-back. Our neighbors we met were extremely friendly and smiles & good mornings were all around during our morning walks. Stephenie was quick with responses and very accommodating. Amazing July 4th

My girlfriend and I stayed here for July 4th and had an absolutely amazing time. The check in process is extremely easy and the property was immaculate on arrival. Communication with Stephanie is easy and quick. The property is perfectly situated near the Deerfield beach pier, walking distance from the beach, yet far enough away from restaurants and bars that you can enjoy peaceful nights on the patio. The property came fully stocked with extra toiletries, plenty of towels, and anything else we needed for the week. Hosts like Stephanie are the exact reason why I prefer VRBO over hotels. I can’t recommend this property enough A

Owls Spring Game

Made the trip to see our niece play her final FAU spring soccer game. Quick ride to FAU campus, and walking distance to the beach! Love coffee in the AM on the back patio. Had everything we needed.

Great experience

**Wonderful Stay in an Ideal Location!** This apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from both the beach and town. We especially enjoyed the private patio with a grill, the modern kitchen, and the spacious, comfortable beds. The only small drawback was the low shower pressure. Our host, Stephanie, was helpful and provided all the necessary information, though we didn’t need to reach out during our stay. The complimentary bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch! At 329 per night (including taxes and fees), it’s a great value—especially for two couples sharing the cost. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a family of four or a small group seeking a relaxing getaway!

Clean and Convenient

Property was clean and well-maintaned. Well stocked kitchen items and towels. Convenient location to beach and restaurants. Easy parking. Quiet location with comfortable furnishings. Shared outdoor laundry appliances were free but a little inconvenient. We purchased our own beach chairs since the unit's chairs were stored outside and need a good cleaning. Otherwise, rest of unit was spotless. Good wifi and cable.

Exactly as expected!

Stephanie was so kind and the apartment was absolutely perfect. Everything was clean and well thought. The beach we just a few minute walk away and so close to all of the restaurants. I will 100% stay here again.
