ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY:
Guests will access the property via an electronic door lock, with the door code provided on the day of check-in.
* For security reasons, the code is changed after each guest's stay.
IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION
* Parking Policy: Only 2 cars are allowed to park in the driveway (per state vacation rental law). A $2500 ticket will be issued for any violations.
* No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, as well as on balconies, front yards, and backyards (if applicable). We maintain a smoke-free environment, and any violation of this policy will result in a $500 penalty. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space enjoyable, healthy, and safe for everyone.
* Use of Property: The home is intended solely for residential vacation purposes. Parties, gatherings, or large events exceeding the number of allowed occupants are strictly forbidden.
Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
* Amenities & Supplies: The home provides all necessary amenities for a comfortable short-term stay. We encourage you to explore nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any personal items or preferences.
* Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib: A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.
* Bugs & Critters: While we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, please be aware that Florida’s sub-tropical climate may lead to the occasional appearance of critters. Keeping doors closed will help minimise this.
* Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 7 days is required for all bookings. We look forward to hosting you for a relaxing and extended getaway!
