GUEST ACCESS
You’ll have full, private access to the entire property during your stay. Entry is via an electronic door lock, and the code will be provided to you on the day of your check-in through the Yale Access App.
Full Property Access Includes:

* Outdoor spaces such as patios and gardens
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* Parking Policy: Kindly be advised that guests are entitled to park a maximum of two vehicles on the driveway.
* No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, as well as on balconies, backyards, or front yards (if applicable). A $500 penalty will apply for violations of this policy. We ask for your understanding in maintaining a smoke-free environment.
* No Parties or Large Events: The home is intended for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, or events involving more than the designated number of guests are strictly forbidden. Violators will be evicted without a refund.
* Commercial Use Prohibited: The property may not be used for commercial purposes or public events, including promotions, product launches, or services.
* Guest Registration: All overnight guests must be registered.
* Weekly Services: Pool and landscaping professionals visit the property weekly to perform maintenance. They will complete their tasks as quickly as possible, and we kindly ask that their visits not disrupt your stay.
* Short-Term Stay Amenities: The property offers all the essentials for a comfortable short-term stay. We encourage you to explore nearby supermarkets and shops to meet any additional needs.
* Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib: A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.
* Security Cameras: For your safety, there are active security cameras monitoring the exterior of the property.
* Bugs & Critters: As we are in a sub-tropical climate, occasional bugs or critters may appear. We routinely spray for insects, but please keep doors and windows closed to minimise their presence.
* A/C & Humidity: To protect the furniture and maintain air conditioning efficiency, please keep all windows and doors closed at all times.
