Fisk från din trädgård vid denna duplex vid vattnet vid sjön vid intercoastal i vackra Deerfield Beach. Två kvarter till 18 olika fantastiska restauranger och barer och 2 kvarter från stranden, den internationella fiskebrygga, volleyboll och vattensporter.
Du har två reserverade parkeringsplatser framför allt och allt du behöver för att njuta av stranden, stolar, handdukskylare etc. din privata enhet var för privata ingångar inklusive ett lerrum inkluderar också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek.

Great Intercoastal Property & Close to the Beach

Al was a great host! He was easy to communicate with. The property is on the intracoastal so it was fun to watch the boats go down the intracoastal. We enjoyed using the bikes too! The property is also about a 10 minute walk to the beach- to the Kirk Cottrell Pavilion. It's a great beach that also has restrooms. We loved our stay! Thank you Al!

Meh rental, but great location

The unit was clean but not well maintained or stocked. Some specifics: the windows did not open, the glassware in the kitchen was sparse and mismatched, the interior lighting is not great and the place feels dark, the shower pan in the renovated master bedroom bathroom isn't sloped correctly and pools in the bottom, and there was a pile of cigarette butts in the outside sitting area. The owner was responsive and did what he could when we reached out, including replacing three burned out light bulbs when we arrived. The rental also included a couple of beach chairs and two bicycles with helmets.

Great Host with Property in Heart of Deerfield Beach

Nice apartment on the Intracoastal Waterway, within a few blocks of the beach. Great location and very comfortable accommodations. We stayed for an entire month. There are always some snags but what made the experience so enjoyable was the super responsiveness of our host Al.

Great place for a family

We had a wonderful time. The house was just as advertised. Nice short walk to the beach and local restaurants and shops. Everything we needed as included in the house. would stay there again.

Nice stay

The property is exactly as shown in the photos. Excellent value and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The owner was extremely responsive even when we had a bit of a situation with house keys. FYI it’s very tough to park anywhere near the beach or restaurant areas during the peak season so our two parking spaces at this property were a great amenity that I didn’t appreciate until we got to know the area. Thank you Al!

Awesome Mom’s Weekend Away!

My good friend and I book this purely on location for staying close to the beach. It was one of the last property’s available near west palm beach and oh my goodness, we are so glad we booked it! It was so nice to have our own rooms and bathrooms. Very quiet neighborhood and watching the boats while eating lunch was a plus. This is not your high end, luxury space, but it fit us just fine for a clean and safe place to stay. It was a short 3 block walk to beach and restaurants so that was great. We hardly drove anywhere and plenty to explore for just a couple days. The host is welcoming and easy check in/out process. It was awesome to have bikes, chairs, and a cooler already at the place. We’d stay again!

Wonderful!

We made a horrible mistake by booking this Bungalow. All the reviews given were spectacular and I really don’t understand why. When we arrived and opened the door, a blast of moldy, mildew came pouring out of the house. Our allergies immediately kicked in and by the time we left, my husband could barely talk. We tried to open the windows to perhaps air out the house, but they wouldn’t open. The throw pillows on the bed were so darkly stained we didn’t even want to sit on the beds, let alone sleep in them. The rug in the living room was covered in stains and the coffee table was missing a piece of glass. Around the table, you could smell dog urine. The patio was so covered in leaves I thought it was fall. We absolutely could not stay there. Al was sorry for our dislike and was very good at helping us cancel the Bungalow. It wasn’t an easy fix and the first destination of our trip was interrupted continually in order to cancel it. We did get less than half of our money back even though we only spent 2 hours in the house. I usually do not do reviews but I really want others to know what we went through. We hope we might save others from the disaster we had. All the amenities listed were there. Al was very helpful as the reviews stated.

Perfect place and better location

We booked this stay very last minute, as our apartment was not ready. Al was so great to work with. The place was perfect, had everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect, on the inter coastal, and a short walk to a beautiful beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend.

Everything was right

The property was clean and maintained. It was a pleasant place to just rest and read and with only a short walk to the beach. The location is in a great neighborhood that was quiet and well-kept. We had a great time.

Awesome quite retreat

Everything just as the listing states. The owner was very helpful in offering suggestions as to where we could launch our kayak. Fishing is just a few steps away from the front door. Walking distance from many food choices.

Great stay close to the beach

Great experience, bungalow was larger than expected, close (walking distance)to the beach and restaurants and worked out great as we brought our dog. From the front yard you have a wonderful view on the inner coastal. Al is a fantastic host being very helpful and responsive to any questions. For sure a place to keep in mind and come back!
