📋 HOUSE RULES: To help ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and neighbors:

1. Rental Agreement: A rental agreement must be completed as part of the booking process. Guests must meet the property's minimum age requirements and provide the required identification.

2. Security Hold: A $500 refundable security hold may be required prior to arrival. The hold is released after departure provided there are no reported damages, violations, or other applicable charges.

3. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the property. Smoking violations may result in a $250 fee, plus any additional costs for cleaning, deodorizing, or repairing damage.

4. No Parties or Excessive Noise: Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.

5. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.

6. Damages: Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay and should report any damage to us as soon as possible.

7. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply if an unauthorized late departure delays housekeeping or impacts another reservation.

8. Commercial Activities & Events: Commercial activities, filming, events, parties, or business activities involving visitors require prior written approval. Working remotely from the apartment is absolutely welcome.

9. Surveillance & Noise Monitoring: Video surveillance may be present in exterior/public areas for security. Noise-monitoring technology may be used inside the guest space to monitor excessive noise levels. It does not record conversations.

10. House Rules: By making a reservation, guests agree to follow all house rules. Violations may result in applicable fees, charges, or termination of the stay in accordance with the rental agreement and applicable law.
