Beautiful Condo & Property

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. The house has everything in the kitchen for cooking. Pool and the garden were great. Property is kept clean & well taken care of.

Paradise Found

Our unit was very nice and comfortable. Loved the king sized bed and the very well stocked kitchen. Can’t wait to return. You can not beat the location. Close to beach and biking paths are friendly and accessible. Park close by for all those pickleball players!! William the host was very nice and accommodating to our needs during our stay. Would definitely recommend!!

Very relaxing property

This is a great property for a very relaxing holiday. Its in a great location just a short walk to the beach. The property had everything we needed. The pool was really lovely in lovely gardens. The publix supermarket was just a couple of minutes away, with a fabulous deli counter. The area of Pompano beach has some great restaurants. We had a great time here.

A quiet refuge

Stayed here while visiting family in the area. It was the perfect space for baking together and hanging out. We appreciated the beach supplies - towels, umbrella, toys and chairs. And when we grew weary, the apartment was a peaceful refuge from busy family times.

All the necessary equipment

The property is well placed 15 minutes from the beach, near many restaurants and grocery stores. It is possible to stay in this place without a car since everything is nearby. The environment is pleasant with the swimming pool in the center, two BBQs, many chairs and tables around the pool. The condo offers all the necessary equipment, beach towel, beach chairs, kitchen accessory and several spices. Unfortunately we note that the condo is dark since some blinds and some windows are impossible to open. La propriété est bien placée à 15 minutes de la plage, près de nombreux restaurants et d’épicerie. Il est possible de demeurer à cet endroit sans automobile puisque tout est à proximité. L’environnement est agréable avec la piscine au centre, deux BBQ, de nombreuses chaises et table autour de la piscine. Le condo offre tout le matériel nécessaire, serviette de plage, chaises de plage, accessoire de cuisine et plusieurs épices. Malheureusement on note que le condo est sombre puisque certains stores ainsi que certaines fenêtres sont impossibles à ouvrir.

Winter gateway

This place offers great amenities and easy access to shops, restaurants and Publix from nearby Atlantic Blvd. The condo is clean and quiet with plenty of space and all the things you need to make you feel at home. This place provided towels, chairs, an umbrella , a small cooler and beach toys if you want to spend your day at the beach, which is only a 15 minute walk down the Blvd.

Great vacation rental

Very nice condo in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Close to heated swimming pool which was not crowded. Close to grocery stores and wonderful Pompano Beach with many great food places. Communication with William, the owner, was excellent. He gave us a lot of "where" and "how to" tips. Would like to rent it again !

Tout pour un séjour agréable!

Condo très bien situé à côté de l’épicerie, restos, commerce, Desjardins Bank où on est reçu en français, à 10 min à pied de la plage, moins de 20 min pour se balader jusqu’au bout du quai de Pompano et voir les pêcheurs. Condo très propre, très bien équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut pour la plage (chaises, serviettes, parasol, jouets pour enfants et même une glacière!) Je n’ai jamais vu un condo aussi bien équipé, à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. 2 BBQ super propres, piscine super bien entretenue, 3 laveuses / 3 sécheuses disponibles dans le building mais payants. Voisins super gentils, toujours disponibles pour aider et s’assurer que tout se passe bien. Env 20-25 min de l’aéroport de Fort Lauderdale, et beaucoup de terrains de golf dans un rayon de 20 à 30 min en voiture. Nous y avons passé un merveilleux séjour avec mes parents âgés et y reviendrons assurément!

Quiet space close to shops

Lovely rental within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and beach is a very short drive. Would stay here again because location is great, unit was inviting, the pace is just right for relaxing. Owner very pleasant and willing to accommodate us with some changes which was greatly appreciated.

Awesome property

Absolutely loved this place. Property is very big with great rooms. Swimming pool on site is great and loads of pool tools. Also loads of beach toys for the kids. Location is excellent. Can walk to the beach, great restaurants local. Couldn't recommend more.

We loved the cleanliness, walking distance to the beach, very well appointed kitchen, bed linens, towels, face cloths provided, clean pool onsite, parking convenient, beach chairs and toys provided, great communication with owner and very accommodating, tvs in bedrooms, lovely back "yard" on the canal to sit by in the evenings. Internet was not always strong/reliable but definitely sufficient. Dark/ a bit dated decor but very comfortable. Pompano beach is busy and noisy, plains flying overhead constantly. No private outdoor space if you feel you need that. Overall, very sufficient, safe and comfortable.
