This is a very bare minimum kind of rental property.
Pros- proximity to the beach, multiple outdoor areas/patios, pool was nice.
Cons- lots of noise, noise going late into the night from adjacent units, noise early in the morning (4:30am from neighbors), one of the patio spaces was totally saturated with the automatic sprinkler water every night making the table and cushions soaking wet every evening. The beds were really uncomfortable, thin foam mattresses and bed frames that offered no support. The unit we rented was clean but very worn. I had to do some IT troubleshooting as well to get the router to work which like many parts of this place is an annoyance, but a "get what you pay for" kind of experience.
