During our recent stay we had these problems: no AC in the main bedroom for four days (while the weather was in the high 80s), no heat in the upstairs sleeping areas (while the temperature dropped to the 40s), thermostat in the kitchen/dining/den area kept the area either too hot or too cold, inadequate threadbare towels, stove that required repair, one worn out scratched frying pan (to accommodate 11 people). We had to accommodate many repair people over the length of our stay. The owners refused to compensate us for all this excessive inconvenience. If you choose to stay here, good luck!

Grandma's 90th Birthday

Great house for a big family. The house is well stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed swimming and hanging out by the pool with all the fun things to do. The beds are comfortable; great sheets and pillows.

Two Weeks in Paradise

Great house, Great Pool & Hot Tub, Great Location, Great Beach, Great Town. It was a 15-day vacation with our children and grandchildren. The house was great with all modern appliances and plenty of pots, pans, dishes, forks, knives, cups, glasses. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed their sleep as well as the tv in each room. Bring your codes for the channels you love. Trash was easy to take care of. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The game room only had a Foos-Ball table. The pool is good size about 5 ft deep in center. Don't dive but you could jump and make a good splash. We all enjoyed the Hot Tub especially at night when we turned on all the lights. The temperature of the Pool and Hot Tub is easy to control. There is a side entrance to the house near the pool, for the half bath so you don't have to walk thru the house all wet. There is a propane gas grill in the back we used a few times, it worked well. This house is in Deerfield Beach. It’s in an upscale quiet neighborhood three blocks to Intercoastal Waterway. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There are plenty of good restaurants and shopping within a few minutes. The free Beach is about 5 minutes away. It’s easy to get to with a large public parking lot across the street. The parking charge is 2 per hour. There are beach chair and Umbrella rentals for 60 per day. Back at the house there is a storage box with a beach umbrella and beach chairs to take back and forth. Beautiful home, recommend for groups!

The stay was great, near perfect outside of a few issues. The shower on the first floor nearest the pool does not drain well, and the water that comes out of the shower in the other bathroom on the first floor smells like bay water. The communication with the host was great, but I didn't really love the fact that the day of check-in I am informed there are CCTV footage specifically in the backyard of the house. I feel that that should have been shared in the property listing... Outside of these issues, the home is perfect for large groups who are responsible and can clean up after themselves.

Great place with plenty of space.

Great house! Very close to the beach and restaurants. Great pool, hot tub and tiki hut. House is good size with 2 kitchens and good size bedrooms with comfortable mattresses.
