While our apartment may not be the largest, it is thoughtfully designed to offer our guests a haven of comfort with all the essentials. We recommend our space for a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests. However, for those seeking flexibility, our apartment graciously accommodates up to 6 guests with the convenience of a sofa couch. Rest assured, we've crafted an inviting atmosphere where every detail ensures you have everything you need for a delightful stay.

The Apartment Complex

Our complex comprises four distinct buildings, offering shared communal spaces that foster a sense of community. Enjoy the perks of free parking, Wi-Fi, and coin-operated laundry facilities.

*** Important information for January ***

There is some construction going by in nearby units. We understand that this may have some effects in your vacation. We have adjusted the rates to reflect the potential for noise. Please book only if you are okay with this. We do our best to maintain everything nice and tidy and noise levels at a minimum. We like to be fully transparent with all of our guests.


Please read the following details to make sure this home is the perfect place for you:

1- This apartment is in a complex along with other 4 buildings and a total of 24 Apartments. We ask that you respect all neighbors.
2- 21 years of age or older to book.
3-The apartment is best suited for 2 people but can sleep up to a maximum of 4 people by using the sofa bed.
4-While this apartment has been made for entertaining and creating unforgettable moment... it is not appropriate for parties or gatherings. We are located in a lovely quiet & quaint family neighborhood. Parties are not allowed and loud noises specially on the outdoor garden past 10 PM are prohibited. We like to treat our neighbors and neighborhood with the same respect that they treat us. Please beware that we are very vigilant about this and we enforce our rules very strictly. There are Noise monitoring devices that lets us know if the music are noise levels are to high.
5- There is 1 parking spot per unit.
6-There are noise detector devices & cameras located on the outside of the property for your security.
7-As per city ordinance, No guests who are register sexual offenders are allowed in the property.
8-Before arrival the guest must sign an online "check-in" form with all of the terms and conditions of the house and agreeing to follow all of the city ordinances and disclosing all members of the party.
9-Unfortunately we are not a pet friendly apartment, but if you have a service or support animal please make sure to let us know in advance since they are allowed to stay in the residence.
10-No loud noises from 10 PM to 8 AM.
11-In order to keep the apartment clean and well maintained for you there are a few services done regularly to it, and this may encounter your stay.
12- We have a third-party company that services our garbage/recycle bins twice a week. They roll the bins to the street the night before the pick-up day and roll them back in the night of the pick-up day. Schedule is included with your arrival information. If for any reason they were to be late in bringing the bins back inside we'll kindly ask for you to please bring them back in for us. The city issues fines for bins being out on the street after their schedule.
13- The check-in is at 4 PM guaranteed but you can contact us to see if an earlier check-in is possible. We will be happy to do so earlier if possible. Check-out must be done by 11 AM.
14- Please allow us to retouch that from 10 pm nightly is our quite hours. The city enforces us to ensure sure that any noise or conversations that can be heard by our neighbors does not happen past 10 pm.
