This thoughtfully styled apartment blends contemporary comfort with playful energy, offering an effortless balance between laid-back living and vibrant surroundings.



Inside, the space is light-filled, airy, and intentionally designed with a fun yet sophisticated aesthetic. The open living area invites you to unwind with a comfortable lounge-style couch facing the TV—perfect for movie nights after a day out. A dedicated dining table comfortably seats you for meals or morning coffee, while a sleek desk provides an ideal setup for remote work or quick emails in a calm, inspiring environment.



The modern kitchen is fully stocked and ready for anything from simple breakfasts to full dinners at home. Featuring updated appliances, ample counter space, and thoughtful extras, it’s ideal for both short stays and longer escapes.

The bedroom is a tranquil, comfortable retreat outfitted with a plush queen bed, soft linens, and its own TV—perfect for winding down in total privacy. The adjacent bathroom is clean, modern, and beautifully finished, featuring a walk-in shower with a spa-like feel.

*A pool technician services the jacuzzi once per week on a weekday between 8am–5pm. They will access the backyard briefly during that time.

*This apartment is located on a multifamily property, with other thoughtfully designed guest spaces nearby. While we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, some ambient noise from neighboring units or shared areas may be heard from time to time.

*South Florida is a tropical environment, and it’s normal to occasionally see insects or small wildlife (such as lizards), even with regular pest control. If you notice anything during your stay, please let me know right away so I can address it promptly.

This is a private unit in a 4 unit building. The apartment and backyard are completely private to you and your guests during your stay.
